Slappin Foods Private Limited (SFPL) cannot commit to any fixed delivery time. Deliveries will be made between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the estimated delivery date.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulations.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, products will be delivered to addresses within Delhi, as per the serviceable areas listed on our website.

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact SFPL directly.

Customer Details Required at the Time of Order

While placing an order, the customer must provide the following details:

• Name of the recipient
• Flat/Bungalow number
• Name of the building
• Name of the road/street/marg
• Contact number (landline/mobile)
• Proper and familiar landmark
  

After the order is accepted by SFPL, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer.

Delivery will be made only to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order. The consignment cannot be redirected or redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.

Delivery Exceptions

• No deliveries will be made on prescribed holidays or on days prohibited by government orders.

Order Execution Policy

SFPL will consider an order as “Executed” in the following cases:

• Delivery not completed due to wrong address provided by the customer
• Recipient not available at the address
• Premises locked
• Invalid or unreachable phone number when contacted by the delivery agent
• Recipient refusal to accept the product
• Product delivered to security cabin/reception/neighbour as per customer’s instructions

Force Majeure

In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, national bandh, or any other force majeure event, SFPL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery.

Order Cancellation

Requests for cancellation of a confirmed order can be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
