Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired (as per the packet).
  • The product delivered is incorrect.

If you receive such a product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The product showing the issue
  • The original packaging (including outer box, labels, and inserts)

Our team will review your case within 1 business day.

If your claim is valid:

  • We will send a replacement, or
  • If replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund (up to ₹500).

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

We accept damage claims only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with the required proof as mentioned above.
