Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only offered in case of a damaged, defective, expired (as per the packet) product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide clear photos or videos of:

The original packaging (including outer box, labels, and any inserts)


Our team will take upto 1 business day to review your case. If your claim is valid, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund of up to Rs. 500.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We accept damage claims only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with required proof as mentioned above.



Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.


Refunds are not applicable on products purchased using coupon codes or during promotional events.


No refund or replacement requests will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
