  • 4 chickpea falafels (100 g)
  • 2 tbsp sliced onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomato

 

Yogurt dressing:

  • 2 tbsp thick dahi (hung curd)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Salt to taste


Method: 

 

Step 1: First, we will prepare the yogurt dressing by whisking together some dahi with grated garlic and salt.

 
Step 2: Warm the roti lightly and spread some garlic mayo over it.

 

Step 3: Place 4 Falafels in the centre, crush them slightly for even texture.

 

Step 4: Top with onion and tomato. 

 

Step 5: Finally, roll the roti into a tight wrap and serve.
